During the research, it became clear that only 6% of residents are aware of The Hague’s sports pages. No one was familiar with the additional websites of Sport Den Haag. Clear differences also emerged between the target groups:

• Young people mainly search via social media or Google Maps-

• Older adults prefer physical sources, such as neighbourhood newspapers

• People with disabilities experience limited accessibility

• Many residents find sports offerings too expensive or too complex

The interviews made it clear that there is a significant gap in findability, language, and inclusivity.
